1. About Us

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
We sell age-restricted products and only to customers aged 18+. It is illegal in the UK to sell e-cigarettes or nicotine-delivering products to persons under 18. We may use a third-party age-verification provider (e.g., AgeChecked). Orders that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded. 18+ only.
3. Accounts & Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate details (name, billing/delivery address and, where requested, date of birth). We may refuse, cancel or block accounts or orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email to confirm receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., stock error, pricing mistake, failed checks, delivery restrictions), we’ll cancel and refund any payment taken.
5. Pricing, VAT & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we’re not obliged to supply at that price. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; payment is captured when your order is accepted (or as otherwise indicated at checkout).
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our UK partner warehouse. Weekday orders placed before 3pm usually leave the same day; during peak periods please allow an additional processing day. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates measured from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address provided.

7. Cancellations & Returns (Consumers)
Right to cancel (14 days): For most products bought online you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. We’ll refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of posting. Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, you’re responsible for return postage.
Hygiene & safety exceptions: For health protection reasons, certain sealed goods are not suitable for return once unsealed (e.g., e-liquids, pods, coils, mouthpieces). If seals are broken after delivery, the 14-day cancellation right may not apply for those items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product is faulty, you have statutory rights. Within 30 days of delivery you may be entitled to a refund; thereafter we may repair or replace in the first instance. Please contact us promptly with photos of the fault or transit damage. This does not affect your legal rights.
9. Product Information, Safety & Health
Use products strictly as directed by the manufacturer. Keep vaping and CBD products out of reach of children and pets. Vaping products may contain small parts and, where applicable, nicotine, which is addictive. CBD products are not medicines; nothing on our site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Seek medical advice if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or unsure about suitability.
10. Batteries & Charging
Handle lithium-ion cells with care. Use the correct charger; do not leave charging unattended; do not carry loose cells with keys/coins; do not use damaged wraps. We may refuse returns where damage results from misuse or unsafe handling.
11. Promotions, Bundles & Gift Cards
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined and have no cash value. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable except as required by law.
12. Liability
We’re not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of contract, for business losses, or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or used under licence and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit content without our written permission.
14. Personal Data & Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including any age-verification checks. We do not use age-verification data for credit decisions.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the revised terms go live on our website.
